We owned a very unique, historic farm. We knew selling would not be easy, and we assure it was not, by any means. Savannah definitely navigated the ups and downs of selling our farm and really kept our hopes high and emotions calm. Selling was bittersweet, but much sweeter with Savannah on our team! She was so respectful to our animals with the many showings, which when you have a farm and animals is such a blessing. She also really highlighted all the antique and custom touches of a 100+ year old farmhouse, and shared them when speaking about the home. You could feel she loved the home as much as we had. Moving from one farm to the next is not always a smooth process. Touring properties was the easy part! Savannah spent so much time with our Family making sure all our “want” boxes were checked. She was loving with our Daughters as well, which meant the world to us. We toured what felt like 100 listings. She even had great recommendations she shared for animal hauling, fencing, all the necessities. A realtor local to the area was for sure a bonus to us.
