Savannah was incredible to work with. We had owned our home for several years and decided that it was time to sell. We were nervous about what we still needed to do to make sure it was up to par before we sold so we could get the most value out of our investment. Savannah walked us through what recommendations she had for us and provided us with some professionals in our area. She gave us an estimate based off of comps in the area and we were able to hit our target price! Savannah was stuck as a mediator on a couple of issues and was able to help both sides get resolution and end up on top for both of us! I absolutely recommend Savannah and hope to work with her again when the next perfect home is ready to be bought.
