Buying a home is one of the most difficult things I think we have ever done, which is why you NEED an agent like Savannah Holt in corner! We first met her at a Pride event, where her agency had a booth. My partner and I told her about our (unusual) current situation and needs, and without missing a beat she told us she would be more than happy to sit down with us to discuss home buying options and kick off the process. Using her wide network of connections, she was able to put us in contact with resources that fit our needs, and her expansive knowledge of the area’s housing market as well as years of experience proved to be invaluable! And she was just an absolute joy to work with! Her sunny disposition and good sense of humor made even the most difficult days enjoyable.
