My wife Andrea and I (Andres) have been so busy moving and organizing our amazing new home that I can't believe it's taken me over 2 months to write this long overdue review of Skywalker Group. Not only did they help us find our amazing new home, they helped us sell our old home for top value. Let me start off by saying Saud and Cinthia are the most humble, no-pressure, realtors you'll ever find. While there are plenty of realtors out there with knowledge and experience, most of the time they seem in a rush and can be pushy or not take the time to answer your questions, expecting you to just "trust" them. Saud and Cinthia have the knowledge and experience but take the time and have the patience to answer all your questions and calm any of your concerns. They are extremely honest and provide amazing customer service, answering your calls/texts in the middle of the night or getting back to you as soon as possible (my wife can attest to this). On top of this they have a team behind them that are constantly providing feedback and communicating with the seller/buyer and lenders for you. Saud has many useful techniques to help sell your home, from 3D models of your home, drone skills, power-point presentations, negotiating skills...This guy does it all. He helped us recover most of our deposit back from a not so professional builder and gave us incentives for going with his company. Trusting Skywalker Group was the best decision my wife and I made when making real estate decisions. I recommend them to everyone and my sister in law (Jhyna) can vouch for them as well seeing as how they sold her townhome and she purchased her new home using them (see her review found below). Skywalker group is the real deal..."They are the way" to successful home buying/selling.
Said and how team are awesome from all points in the negotiating process from the initial listing, to the virtual and in person scheduling, to the advise/knowledge/recommendations of the local area, to the offering, negotiation, inspection, appraisal and final processes. The tema is a AAAA plus in terms of quality and attention to details in all parts of the process with an exceptional follow up via text message/email amazingly Monday to sunday, it feels like a 24/7 service. No one can provide a better service than this team of people. My excellent experience working very close with Juana, Maria Victoria and I am sure I am missing a few names, but along with Saud and Cinthia they are super wonderful

Saud and Cinthia were so honest and helpful from the very beginning. Their communication was perfect and not overwhelming at all. They were kind, professional and very knowledgable. They made this crazy process of buying for the first time smooth and painless and I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

They are the Jedi’s of real estate! They provide the customer service of a luxury five star hotel with the family vibe of a bed and breakfast. Saud and Cinthia and staff were very in control of the whole process start to finish and even after closing. We can’t thank them enough because they made the process as stress free as possible. They helped us sell two properties and helped us find our first home. They also helped my sister sell and find her home so basically they’re our family realty company. I am very particular as to who I do business I give anyone a chance but only become a return customer when I feel valued and respected and I will definitely rely on them again for future home selling and buying.
