I couldn't be happier with my buying experience because of Sasha. She is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was very clear that I was just coming out to check out the area and wasn't looking to buy till after summer, if at all. That didn't stop Sasha from setting up multiple tours and dedicating a few days to show me around. Unexpectedly she found me a home that was so perfect I made an offer and she helped to negotiate a great price. She worked with the sellers agent to get more things fixed before closing than I even asked for. I met the sellers agent when she came to get the lockbox and she said she was also very impressed with Sasha and was looking forward to working with her again. Sasha was always looking out for my best interests and even discouraged me from making an offer on one home that she saw problems with. I never felt she was trying to make a sale. Overall Sasha made the buying experience very pleasurable and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and I would definitely use her again if I was looking to buy or sell.
