Sarom is very knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, has a lot of experience. I started with Sarom as my agent but now I consider her as a friend. My fiancé and I began the search for our first home earlier this year, and after trying out a few different real estate agents, Sarom very quickly established herself as the one that would go the distance to help us find our happy home! Her personal attention to our questions really stood out, sending us pamphlets about the process, making sure we understood each stage in the path ahead of us, and repeating it for those of us with the memory of a goldfish. Being a newbie to home buying, I provided Sarom a regular stream of questions, which she thoughtfully answered, one-by-one, until I felt comfortable. When it was time to start looking at properties, Sarom was very flexible with her schedule to help us get showings during the spare moments in our work weeks, as well as, lining up multiple back to back during the weekend rush so we could really get a sense of what we liked (not to mention that all of this was taking place during a global pandemic)! As closing day approached, Sarom made a list of the boxes we still needed to check. She patiently helped us to dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s. The day finally came when all the boxes were checked and we were new home owners! Sarom went out of her way to make us feel at home, ensuring we both had copies of the keys and very sweetly helping us to celebrate our special moment!! We can not say enough good things about her.
