My experience with Sarita brown was nothing but great! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home! She was on top of all emails, text, and calls. She helped us understand and get through the home buying process as easy as possible. Even when we hit some snags in the process she was quick to help us out and keep our spirits up!
We contacted Sarita when purchasing our second home. We were concerned that our budget would not permit two home loans however Sarita connected us with the right people and made it work. She quickly familiarized herself with that area we were interested in buying and worked hard to meet our needs and many of our wants. We decided to buy a home and spoke to Sarita on a Friday night, got preapproved that Monday and found out home (after a marathon day of searching) that Tuesday - 4 days start to finish!
