We met once to go over things and then headed back home but Sarinah did so many little extra things for us we felt completely comfortable leaving when we did. I met Sahrina almost three years ago in doing research considering a move to Arizona. She showed our family probably 20-30 properties with many different builders. We decided on a Fulton home in October of 2020. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us updated until we moved to Arizona in August 2021. We finally closed on February 28,2022. I would consider Sahrina more of a family friend now as we have been in contact for so long. She is helping our oldest daughter in her new build right in our same development. I would rate Sahrina as 100% in every category of her field!
Very knowledgeable of the local market and knows her way around. Responsive to our questions and requests to see houses. Was with us all the way through to buying process. Mortgage acquisition, and closing. Couldn't of asked for anything more. We will be referring her to others moving to the area.

We were able to get pre-approved extremely quickly through the lender she recommended, and we put in an offer the same day we looked at our new home which was huge especially in this competitive market. After putting in an offer on the new home Sarinah was quick to schedule showings and get our old home ready to be out on the market, and she got us top dollar for our old home after only being on the market for 2 days. When any issues came up Sarinah was on top of it and communicated with the necessary parties to get it resolved. My brother and I lost our mom and we needed a realtor to help sell mom's house. Sarinah was just the person to help us through getting our mom's house sold.
