I’m a first time home owner as of 12/2019, and Sarah was a wonderful real estate agent. She knows the hoops and bounds of the process, the neighborhoods all around SD, and she’s very honest with her clients. Not only does she take care of side line documentation, she’s always available for the important points in escrow which for a first time home owner can be very anxious. Her connections and recommendations with the local business’s provide excellent service whether it’s a mortgage broker, inspection service, and negotiations with buyer/seller.
