Sarah was an amazing realtor. She went out of her way to make sure I got my offer in before everyone else. We went to see a house Saturday and again on Sunday and that night she wrote up an offer and had me sign it and sent it in. Thanks to her, they picked my offer because it was first (there were 4 other offers Monday morning). She knew that I didn't want a house on a main road and she would help me pick through houses that I wouldn't like just based on their location so I didn't waste my time seeing a house I wouldn't move into anyways! I will definitely use here again in the future. I am actually putting my house up for rent in October and plan to use her for my renting needs.
