We recently purchased property in Baldwin County (Fairhope). Being from out-of-town, it was not an easy logistical scenario. Sarah did a great job working with us to determine our wants, and to help localize our search. When we showed up, Sarah set aside multiple days to drive us around to see various locations and help narrow our search parameters. The most impressive thing? We found a property we were "interested" in. Not absolutely "in love" with, but... Sarah invested quite a bit of time on that property. Midway through the negotiations, we found another property (vacant lot), at 1/5 the price. Sarah put just as much energy into that property, and encouraged us to pursue that property over the one that would have netted her 5X the commission. That is the definition of "putting your clients interests ahead of yours"...

We really enjoyed working with Sarah on the purchase of our condo. She was always very responsive and we felt like she truly was representing us. She knows her stuff and presents all the facts (good and bad). We will definitely use her again.
