Sarah was a true professional who went above and beyond in her customer service. We worked with Sarah to sell our Mother's home after she passed, and as we were not local residents and couldn't be present in Boise through the whole process, she took charge and handled all of the interactions we were unable to attend. She is well connected and recommended several vendors and contractors to help us finalize the process. We even faced some unexpected challenges with the lender that was administering our late Mother's reverse mortgage (PHH Mortgage) who were truly awful. I could not recommend Sarah more, and I deeply appreciate her sensitivity, compassion, and skill at managing the whole process for the sale from beginning to end. Superb customer service and an absolute delight to work with.
