My name is Sarah Starck, and I grew up in the little town of Thorp, WI. Maybe you have heard of it? Most people say, oh the Thorpedo. From a very young age I was exposed to the world of real estate, but more on the construction end, by helping my dad bend aluminum for his next siding job. He would take me with, and I would pick up all the scraps on the job site, help remove old siding, pick up nails etc. Fast forward to my 20's where I was fortunate enough to help general contract the build of our 2 homes. I have always been interested in how homes are built, and the design process that goes into it. I am a worker and not afraid to get dirty. You will see me more often, in work mode constructing something, than you will see me dolled up.
I was a mom early in life and raised 3 awesome kids who are all adults now, has prepared me to always be on my toes and flexible. My past experience in customer service gives me the advantage to work respectfully, creatively, and honestly with everyone around me.
It wasn't until 2017 that I decided to get my real estate license. I remember the day so clearly. I was a single mom working 50 hours a week and going to college part time. My boss reprimanded me for taking a scheduled vacation day with my family. That night I went home and started my course to become an agent. On top of everything else and it was the best decision I ever made. I grinded for months to work, keep up with my college class, finish my real estate classes and be present for my kids. Like I said before, I am a worker!! Now work doesn't feel like work because I enjoy it so much. It is the weirdest feeling to be working all the time but never working if that make sense.
My approach is different with each client, because everyone's sale or purchase is unique in itself. My creativity lets me think outside of the box for marketing a home for sale or getting the best deal for the buyer.
With each client that chooses to work with me, you get 100% effort from me all the time. I am always available for a chat, even when I am on vacation, or with family, my clients can always reach me! Choosing to work with an agent that is present, knows technology well and keeps up to date with current trends SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST PRIORITY in who YOU CHOOSE to work with. Nothing irritates me more than seeing listing photos that are blurry or missing important details on listings!
Working with me is like working with the best defensive NFL coordinator. I prepare ahead of time for all the possible unknowns. I don't like surprises and try to avoid them at all costs. It makes for a much smoother transition, when we can prepare ahead. Of course, there are a few scenarios that are out of our control, but when it comes to the actual house, we can prepare ahead.
Let's chat about your next move!
