From the beginning Sarah and I spoke constantly. We tried to determine how the market was and tried to put a fair price on the house. With bumps in the road we were able to get the house sold. The house had hidden issues that popped up during inspection. We were able to work through them and succeeded. Sarah was always willing to try whatever was necessary to sell the house.
