Sarah was a lifesaver. I live in WA, and I had a rental that was TRASHED by the departing renters. My wife and I had no idea what we were walking into. It was beyond horrible. Sarah helped us find a good price, and then more importantly, she used her extensive networking knowledge to help us find the various contractors that we needed to expedite extensive repairs. Sarah obviously has experience, and she was able to answer all my questions, or quickly find the answer and get back to me. She is extremely responsive to all forms of communication (cell, text, email). I am a bit OCD and cranky, and it doesn't take much to get me unhappy, but she did a great job, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in her area.
