After selling our first home it was not even a question who we would work with to buy our next home for our growing family. Sarah was an asset during a difficult buyer’s market. We looked at winners, we looked at hard losers but made the right choice with Sarah’s guidance. She has endless knowledge of home value, household mechanics, red flags and green flags. While I was distracted by dreams of paint colors and kitchen makeovers she was inspecting boilers and foundations. She was honest throughout the process to make sure we made informed decisions and was skilled at pulling my head out of the clouds to face reality. We made multiple offers. Given the market we knew we could not wait when we found something great.
