Sarah is wonderful! We purchased our first home with her in 2015, and had such a great experience that we asked her to sell our first house, and buy another one in 2019... and now she's helping us with a land purchase as well in 2020! She's prompt to communicate, a good negotiator, and fun to hang out with to boot. :) Highly recommended!!

Sarah helped us sell our home and purchase one within a month give or take a few days. We had no trouble selling our home with all the advice she gave us. It was on the market for a few days and we were done and closed in the usual 30 days. It was a very smooth and easy process. The purchase of our new home was a little more difficult through no fault of hers but due to the other agents' lack of communication and poor work ethic. Sarah was there doing all she could to make sure we got the home we wanted and while some things didn't turn out as expected we closed and it's a thing of the past. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fun and all in all an awesome realtor to work with.
