We used Sarah first as out buyers agent for several years before we succeeded in finding our new home in Alton in a red hot market where every house have 20 at least offers and you need to respond within hours. Sarah definitely helped us with balancing the desire to get a new home while still paying a realistic price that reflected the actual value. We later used Sarah to sell out existing house in Durham where she was very helpful in navigating our own expectations with offers and inspections and renegotiations. I can highly recommend Sarah and would definetely use her again.
