Sarah is a hard working, attention to detail, professional and knowledgeable real estate agent who took care of my many issues to get my property ready for sale, since I was unable to be present to handle them myself. She arranged issues with "siding people, plumbers, landscapers, electrician's, and then sold the property for a good price. To top it all off, she sent me a beautiful food basket to say "THANK YOU". If I had had more business propositions in the area I would absolutely utilize her talents again.

Sarah was an excellent agent to work with. She was very knowledgeable and flexible with our changing situation during the whole corona virus development. I feel like we asked a lot of her because we were constantly asking for showings the same day a new property was listed and she always had time to show us the properties. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and was able to guide us to a safe neighborhood that met all of our property and community needs. Sarah was able to help us navigate the competitive market in Alexandria, VA and help us secure a house even though we had limited funds to do so. She was very easy to work with, had a great sense of humor, WASN'T PUSHY, and seemed like she genuinely cared about putting us in the RIGHT home, not just a quick sell to make her commission. I rated her responsiveness as 4 stars because she was excellent at following up, answering questions, and "cracking the whip" at the titling agency when we needed them to shape up-it's just that she wouldn't reply to a text with a "I'll make the call and get back with you" kinda thing, she would simply wait til she had the answer I needed then reach out, which isn't a problem so much as a personal preference. That being said, I would still highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced agent in Northern Virginia.

Sarah had a big challenge on her hands, which she gracefully accepted, we were relocating out of state in 2-months before Christmas and needed the house sold during the holiday season. She advised in the staging, asked someone to walk our dog when she showed the property and received four (4) great offers with one open house while we were out of town, in a different time zone & our dog was at home with a pet sitter in and out.
