Sarah is the best! If you need to sell your house or buy a new one, I highly recommend you utilize her expertise. Before we listed our house, she walked us through what to expect and what we would need to do. In less than a day after listing it we had a qualified offer for well above our asking price. When we ran into issues on a new house we had under contract, her expertise and knowledge bought us time pushing out the closing of our current home and getting our due diligence and inspection money back on the new one.
