I keep it simple: clients come first. I pledge to establish means of communication and frequency first and foremost. We all prefer specific forms of communication, and depending on where you are in the process the frequency of our conversations will vary. I make it easy and comfortable for each of my clients to work with me. Whether you are interested in knowing all the details involved and prefer to play a very active role or if you are more interested in the traditional client role, I believe that if you’re not left with a satisfying experience I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through my clients referrals, repeat business and lasting relationships
