We just bought a new home in the Nashville Indiana area. Sarah was such a fantastic help in going through the entire process. First of all, Sarah is a very friendly person who quickly put us at ease with the home buying process. She made at least three trips with us to tour the property before finally making an offer. She answered most of our questions, either ingredient of after some research, and put us in contact with someone who could if she didn’t know the answer. When it came time to make an offer, she provided lots of useful guidance about what things we should ask the seller to include as part of the contract. Throughout the negotiation she provided guidance for things to consider while leaving the decisions up to us as the buyers. After contract acceptance by both parties, she was also instrumental in helping us collect the information we needed to take over the various aspects of owning a home - utilities (water, electric), trash pickup, pond maintenance, Internet, etc. With all that groundwork done, closing was straightforward and easy. We are very happy with how Sarah represented us throughout the home buying process. She is a great agent and highly recommended.
