We are so fortunate we got to work with Sarah. She knew exactly what we were looking for, even after just one home tour. She is a great listener and truly understood our situation. She did not try to put a positive spin on potential issues just to make a sale. If she was concerned about the HVAC, roof, bathroom, etc, she said, "This worries me" or "I wouldn't want to live here". Her thoughts were ours exactly! One mid-afternoon Sarah texted me about a house in our favorite neighborhood that had just gone on the market and she scheduled a tour for the next morning. When we walked into the house, she knew as soon as we did that this was the house for us. She made suggestions as to what we should offer and even told us to go lower when we were willing to toss in a few extra thousand just to get the house - and we got the house for the amount she suggested. Not only was Sarah always available, they don't come any more dedicated, sweeter or kinder. In addition to our positive experience with Sarah, Aleigh was another plus. She is such a nice person who kept us in the loop with emails outlining the many things we needed to know. If the entire team is as wonderful as these two women, you can't go wrong using them.
