Sarah sold my father-in-law’s house in a very difficult buyer’s market. She communicated with us on a regular basis and proactively brought us suggestions on how to get the house sold. Once a potential buyer expressed interest she was able to work with us and the buyer to reach an acceptable offer. She helped resolve any issues that came up between offer acceptance and the closing. She was very honest, helpful and easy to work with. I would use her again if I needed an agent. Strongly recommend!
