Even with competitive pricing in a neighborhood where not all homes were selling, in about two weeks we received our dream offer. Sarah was amazing at helping us also coordinate logistics related to our move since we had already left the property and moved out of state. She helped us check in with our contractors, monitor our property with intermittent checks, redirect some mail that was lost (oops), and more. Most importantly, she was on top of communications with the buyers’ agents and buying team. She is honest and had our best interest at heart.
