This is probably the most unique transaction Sarah has ever had to close. Despite being a close friend, Sarah treated the sale of our house with utmost professionalism. None of us could have anticipated that our world would turn upside-down when we first listed our home in February. Our transaction was already complicated by the fact that we had this incredible opportunity at very short notice to relocate to a sunnier state, meaning that we would move before the house was even listed. Then, add to it the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we had the perfect real estate storm. We were fortunate to have 40 to 50 showings, starting hours after the house was first listed and had to negotiate through some complex offers. Sarah, communicated with us constantly and always in a timely manner. She not only helped us navigate through the transaction, but also helped with locating and hiring contractors that were needed to complete work on the house, all this while we were 1200 miles away under quarantine conditions. Sarah went above and beyond in almost every aspect of her dealings with us. She ensured that our house was kept clean, secure and constantly ready for new showings. Then, when a deal was finalized, Sarah again went the extra mile, helping to sell items left in the home, removing personal effects and doing everything that we had intended to do during one last return trip to Minneapolis. Time and time again we were thankful that Sarah was our real estate agent. We could never have imagined that level of service from anyone else. Sarah was a great realtor to work with. She is extremely personable and is easy to deal with. We had conversations at all hours day or night and it was not an issue for her. She did a great job following up on questions and issues we came up with. It was clear that she was there to serve us and that she was willing to do whatever it took to support our purchase.
