Like most, I was about 50% in the market and was browsing Zillow when I came across a home that wasn’t even what I was looking for at the time. I immediately called Sarah and said “I think I found the one!” Within 10 minutes she had me a showing that same day! My wife and family met at the house and we knew it was the one. Sarah was able to get in our legitimate offer immediately and we secured the house before anyone else even had a chance. Not going to lie, I was skeptical about listing my house when I did for what I wanted out of it. But I went with Sarah and she not only held open houses to get me traffic, but she found me the perfect buyer just walking down the sidewalk after an open house, was able to strike up a conversation and ended up turning them into our buyer!
