About Sarah

Sarah has lived in Northwest Arkansas for over 35 years. She earned a Professional Degree of Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Sarah has over 15 years experience in residential and commercial design and project management. As a designer, she specialized in luxury residences, sustainable design, and mixed-use, infill development. Sarah served eight years as an elected member of the Fayetteville City Council representing South Fayetteville and two terms as Vice Mayor. She has served on the Fayetteville Arts Council, Fayetteville Forward Economic Accountability Council, Active Transportation (Trails) Advisory Committee, the City's Water, Sewer Committee, Environmental Action Group, and the Green Economy Group. Sarah played an important role in developing many of our community's growth and development plans and has extensive knowledge of local infrastructure, growth trends, and zoning & development codes. Numerous awards include "Community Hero" and "Best Green Collaborator". Sarah earned her Real Estate license just before the pandemic hit in 2020 and had to quickly master the art of virtual showings and remote transactions, enabling her to build a successful business serving clients all over the world. In 2023, Sarah closed 22 transactions as a solo agent. She serves the Northwest Arkansas Metro Region and specializes in the Fayetteville area. Sarah recently earned the coveted designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. After four successful years with Keller Williams, Sarah recently joined RE/MAX Associates in Uptown Fayetteville. Sarah enjoys biking to the farmer’s market, exploring the trails of South Fayetteville, tending her cottage garden, and sharing her love of music and dancing as a board member of Dance Culture. Sarah has a passion for world travel and has been to almost twenty countries. She divides her time between Fayetteville, Arkansas and Porto, Portugal.
