We were referred to Sarah from another state, so our first few home tours were virtual. She knew what we were looking for, and became our eyes, ears, and noses while she walked through the homes we were touring. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the local market, as well as key features we were looking for in our new home. She recognized both red flags and marks of quality in construction. She accomplished this while we were three states away, earned our trust, and we wouldn't want to do this again without her. Her professionalism was only exceeded by her genuine like-ability. She acted very quickly on properties we were interested in seeing and her communication was excellent.
