Sarah was beyond helpful with me on finding the perfect home! She is always onboard and well informed on a variety of questions you may have. I came in not knowing anything about buying a home. Terms, forms, and different subjects were all new to me. After finding my new home, I now know so much and feel comfortable on finding a 2nd in the future. I definitely know who to contact!!

Our "adventure" of buying a home began around May or June 2021 - with the housing market being as it is (was) this was a perfect time to sell our house in RI and start the next chapter of life in NH. We were first introduced to an Agent via our selling Agent in RI - so we now begin the search for our "forever home". One house - BID - LOST - second house - BID - LOST and so on and so on... The agent seemed to be getting aggravated as we kept searching and we either BID and LOST or it was just not the fit. At this point our home was SOLD - going to be closing in August and we were about to be homeless. SO - I reached out to a friend that I played Roller Derby with in RI who had recently become a Real Estate agent for HELP!! At this point I was just looking for a rental!! This is where the "adventure" gets good - I was introduced to Sarah Lang. We had an amazing first conversation - I explained to her what we were looking for and she was right on it. At this point I knew I had found my "MATCH". I parted ways with the other Agent and the hunt was on. Sarah was there for every question - every call - answered every text - email - there for every home we wanted to look at..she never stopped!! Thank goodness she didn't as she then found Turkey Hill Road - this home was it for us - it was all we were looking for!! The story does not end there - once the seller's accepted our offer it was an uphill battle with the appraisers (getting one) and trying to get this closed on time!! She was a Warrior in this department. She listened to me - my screams - my tears - my happy joys!! I truly cannot say enough about Sarah and how she was able to make our dream come true. I know that without her this would have never happened. Anyone who is lucky enough to meet Sarah and have her help them achieve their dream is a very lucky home-buyer!!
Beyond professional, she was always willing to come out for any issue. She went above and beyond to take any burden off you as the seller. Was willing to help out well outside the typical contracted services. And just a fantastic person all around, which makes the stressful process of selling a house much easier to deal with! Truly as a bonus, we really did come away with a friend!
We were looking for land to purchase for our new home when we had the good fortune to be matched with Sarah. We had a disappointing experience of inquiring on a land we liked in a town that was uncooperative and Sarah pulled up multiple comparable plots and we were able to find one in a lovely nearby town that cooperates with land & home owners- I know we'll be better off here. Sarah knows the intricacies of buying & selling land & homes and is very responsive to messages. There is no question too big or small for her. She's very professional and yet makes you feel as comfortable as old friends. She is our only realtor going forward, and she is very highly recommended.
