The first call I had with Sarah I knew she would be a great help. Sarah was very responsive and quick to get answers. The day we talked we learned there was a 7:00 pm cut off for any offers to be submitted on the property we were interested in. I was driving for 5 hours and would arrive at my destination until well after the cut off time. Sarah was creative in providing the details and documents via email and my wife would read the contract to me while driving. With lots of questions and comments between Sarah my wife and I we were able to get our offer submitted with 15 minutes to spare of the deadline. With the help of Sarah, we were able to acquire the property. Sarah's hard work and quick response through the entire process from the first time we spoke until the day of closing and after she was and still is very helpful, pleasant and responsive.
