Excellent communicator who’s devoted to getting the best for her clients
Sarah Kate provided an excellent choice of homes that met or exceeded our expectations. When it came time to negotiating she went above and beyond to get us all we could for closing and repairs. Her and her team made sure we were taken care of and knew everything that was happening in the process from putting in the offer all the way to closing. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the struggles of being a military family as she is also a military spouse! Highly, highly, highly recommend Sarah!
