Great Agent

I had a unique home which was a 2 story home with a finished basement which is uncommon in Florida. The house required marketing to a select group as the comparables were very limited. Sarah Holton had the house professionally photographed, a drone video, as well as a 3d model of every room showing the actual dimensions. She marketed it many different ways to find the right buyer. The offer was complex but at the end of the day it worked out great.
