Sarah was consistent and great to work with through the process of selling this home. There were minor items, like the buyers wanted some pressure washing done and our Realtor, Sarah arranged it and got the work done and connected me with the vendor to pay them after the work was done. That was convenient to me and it also proves to me that she is trusted in the community and can get work done withou advance payment because they know she will see to it that they get paid. She handled every detail and met the potential buyers when needed and when the house was under contract, she met the buyers to be sure the punch list items were legitimate and made it easy for us to know what needed done. We have used Sarah before in this community and if we have the need to sell again in this area, Sarah will be our first call.
