Sarah Hill is the “Best Agent Ever”!

We absolutely would give Sarah and her team a 5-star review. She told us what our home was going to sell for and she was spot on! Once we were staged and ready to list, her team was right there to take pictures and write up our listing. As it turned out our home was listed on a Saturday afternoon (earlier than the Monday we expected) got our first showing on Sunday morning and to our surprise we had an offer by Sunday night, which we accepted after a brief negotiation. We could not have asked for a more patient and knowledgeable team to work with. From listing to closing they were right alongside us. Sarah and her team also helped us find our next home as well. Patiently showing us the home we picked multiple times to allow us to confirm our choice and also to gain a vision to makeing it our own. In 30 days we sold our home and purchased a new one, closing on both the same day. Thank you also to Sarah's sidekick Ines as she assisted tremendously in keeping the whole process moving smoothly, and helping us stay sane during this potentially very stressful process. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!
