I met Sarah at an open house and quickly realized that her knowledge of the of the community, coastal home construction, insurance considerations, and all things to do with Florida waterfront living was well beyond that of the agents I previously met. After meeting with her a couple of more times she inspired my trust to represent me for an out of state home purchase. The home she found for me is a perfect fit, she negotiated a great price, her contacts for inspections and insurance were great, her extended contacts for maintenance and remodeling have been easy to work with, and the closing was incredibly smooth.
