Got the job done.

My wife and I were originally going to go a different direction before we talked to Sarah and she gave us advice we wanted to hear. That advice was declutter and make the house a place where the buyer can envision their home. As soon as we put the house on the market we had showings almost every day. I was nervous since it was an older home but we worked with her to put an offer that was fair to all parties and give a buyer a good deal while feeling we got what we wanted. Sarah seemed to have a great market of connections outside my town which increased our chance of selling faster. Sarah was amazing when communicating and made sure all the boxes were checked. 10/10
