My wife and I started looking for a home in September and finally in January we closed on our home. We made a couple offers on prospects along the way but they didn't work out for one reason or another. Sarah was very patient, she never pushed us to make a decision and was always very optimistic. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Her follow up was second to none, always in communication and when we needed time she was in tune to give us a break from looking at houses. I was connected with this woman by Zillow. She never showed up for a showing and never bothered to call me or respond to my text. When we did talk (as arranged by Zillow), the hang-up was delayed and she told someone she was with "I shouldn't have answered that call" - No she shouldn't have, because she was worthless.
