Disapointed as a sellers agent after being referred to by another realtor. Was informed my property wasn't even listed within the flint mls but the detroit area only and should have been posted in order for agents to "cross reference". Property had 1 open house within 90 days which wasn't even conducted by the agent, but passed onto another co-worker?..don't even know if the person that held the open house even works for the broker..never met them. Would probably recommend as a "buyers" agent..not a sellers
