We met Sarah while looking at a house her company had listed. We did not buy that house, but were so impressed with Sarah we signed with her to find a home, which we did, and we bought a great house in the neighborhood we wanted. Then we listed our old home with her to sell. She gave us helpful hints on what to do to our house to make it more saleable. It went on the market on a Thursday night, and we had 2 full price offers by Saturday night. Sarah knows what she is doing, she knows the market, and when she works for you, she really "works for you". She kept us informed of everything that was going on when we were buying and when we were selling. If you want a realtor that will listen to you so far as what you want, and what your needs are, Sarah is your go to person. Can't recommend her enough.
