Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Sarah Fuquay, REALTOR®, proudly serves Rockingham County, the City of Harrisonburg, and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley communities. Her interest in real estate was shaped early on through her family’s construction business, which has served the Harrisonburg area and neighboring counties since the 1960’s. Watching and helping with home renovations and new builds provided her with a strong appreciation for home quality and value, giving her helpful insight she now uses to support clients in making smart, comfortable decisions.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Sarah worked for 18 years as a mobile notary for lenders and title companies and several more years in an estate planning law firm. These experiences strengthened her understanding of contracts, legal documents, and the transaction process, giving her clients an added layer of care and attention to detail. She is committed to guiding clients through every step of the home buying or selling process with integrity and care.
Sarah lives in Rockingham County with her husband, Mike, where they have raised their two children, Nadia and Alex, in the community they love. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys volunteer work with her friends and family, taking care of her yard, and traveling whenever possible.
