She also has a lot of knowledge about red flags to look out for and helped guide me to a home that would check all the right boxes, but would also be solid and not susceptible to a lot of future issues. She has a lot of contacts for everything you need to settle into a new home as well, and was happy to make introductions for everything from fences to furniture!
