About Sarah

Hey there - I’m Sarah Fitzpatrick, and real estate is my full-time gig (not a side hustle, not a hobby, and definitely not something I only do on weekends). Since 2019, I’ve been helping buyers and sellers across Western PA make big moves - without the drama. Before I was a full-time agent, I spent years in property management, which means I’ve seen just about everything a house can throw at you... and I know how to help you avoid the headaches. I’m proud to say most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals - aka happy people who trust me enough to send their friends, family, and coworkers my way. I think that says a lot more than any flashy sales stat ever could. I work hard, I communicate like a real human, and I’ll always give you my honest take (with maybe a joke or two along the way). I live in the South Hills with my partner, and when I’m not touring houses or writing offers, you can probably find me out on a run, reminding myself I actually do like it - especially when I hit a downhill stretch.
