As a native of the Southern Pines area, I knew right away that Sarah had the most knowledge of the local area than any old realtor. Within a day or two, showings were booked for our home, and it was under contract within a few weeks! What leaves me with an even better impression of Sarah than the prompt sale of our home is that she was there to explain to me, as a first time seller, every single detail of the process when I had questions (and I had a LOT.) She was fantastic at helping me understand what was happening now, what would happen next, and at negotiating with the buyer's agent to make sure we were happy saying goodbye to our first home together. Thank you, Sarah, for making the selling process so easy for us!
