Sarah Evans

Responsive 24 hours and helped us through the entire selling process

Sarah was wonderful to work with! She is smart, so kind, and a great communicator. As first time sellers, Sarah guided and supported us through the entire process. Her market knowledge was spot on! Our house sold the day that it was listed and for above asking price. Sarah is not only a great person she is a wonderful at what she does. I’d 100% recommend her as a Realtor.

Sarah is helpful and kind. Whenever I have someone ask about a realtor, I always recommend Sarah.

Sarah and her team exceeded all expectations we had of a realtor. As buyers, we typically have had to do a lot of what the realtor was hired to do. Not with Sarah though. From start to finish, she was proactive in handling any obstacles that popped up. Communication was always immediate or very timely. We cannot recommend Sarah to anyone buying or selling a home.

Sarah is professional at all times, Sarah was willing to work with a low income client like me. She show me houses in my price range, I found the perfect home for me. Thank you Sarah.

Hmm, where do I start? Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very responsive, communicated all the important information, and made sure I knew all the details about the home, the area, and everything that went into making such an important decision. I truly enjoyed working with her and, along the way, I feel like I made a new friend. ❤️ Thank you, Sarah, for helping make this experience such an awesome one! It was definitely a little stressful at times, but in the end, it was all worth it. I’m so grateful for your help, patience, and guidance throughout the process! 🏡❤️
