Sarah Drinkwater

I met Sarah at a random open house that I went to while casually looking for homes. After talking to her for a bit I knew that she would be great to have helping me out while I searched for my first home to live in. She was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had and when she didn't know she would get me an answer quickly. When we were ready to pull the trigger she had a great plan for how we should negotiate and made the process incredibly easy. I had previously bought an investment property without a realtor and after how easy this process was I don't think I would ever do it myself again!

Sarah was instrumental in helping me find and purchase a new home! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I always felt like she had time to take my call or answer a question. I can not recommend her enough.

Sarah is the best realtor! Her experience in real estate throughout the Pittsburgh area, coupled with her legal background makes her uniquely qualified to sell a home. She researches the local markets, she deep dives into past sales, she looks into all of the legal details, she photographs, video's and streams your home in all of the necessary places! Our house sold just via "word of mouth", but she is also working on something else for us and I can personally attest to all of the time, effort and "love" that she puts into all of her listings! And -- she's funny too! What could be a better combination!!

We were new to the Pittsburgh area and purchased a new construction with foxlane homes with Sarah’s help. I must say that she found the community of our liking in record time and represented us extremely well through the process! Sarah was amazing. I live out of state and Sarah took care of everything; prep, staging, lawn care, coordinating contractors, open houses, showings, etc. She gave invaluable recommendations and advised me through negotiations. I got a price that I never thought possible!

Despite a stressful housing market, long distance, tight budget, short timeframe, and our ever-changing preferences, Sarah made our house hunt a complete success. When we first thought there was only a chance that we MIGHT be moving from another state to the Pittsburgh area, Sarah took a LOT of time and introduced us to the neighborhoods she thought would suit us. Then, when we were finally certain thqt we would be moving, Sarah was on her honeymoon--but no problem! She used her connections to help us see homes in person on very short notice, and utilized video technology to show us multiple homes when we couldn't make a trip. Once we had found the perfect place, Sarah got really creative, helped us to craft a competitive offer, and it was quickly accepted. Sarah held our nervous hands throughout the time until closing, and found answers to our never-ending questions. Even after we were settled, we counted on Sarah to find reliable businesses for home improvements. We have appreciated that she is as down-to-earth, fun, calm, and pleasant as much as she is a Pittsburgh-area, real estate guru.
