My husband and I worked with Sarah Diffin to purchase our new home. We closed on it just yesterday. We had moved from the Netherlands to the Auburn area with our nine-year-old son less than a year ago so everything about the process was quite new to us. To make it even more of a challenge, the Covid-19 restrictions were put in place as we were about halfway through the mortgage process. Sarah was a rock. She helped us find the right home, negotiate a price that we could be comfortable with, and gave us sound advice every step of the way. Due to many factors, this was not a straight-forward text-book purchase and Sarah guided us through the whole thing with grace, humor and, above all, true professionalism.
