She strategized to list it a certain day to increase viewings and create a frenzy. She scheduled back to back showings and we had many offers in the first couple days. We sold the house and closed on it in a month. She made it so easy for us, was so professional and knowledgeable. She communicated well and always answered her phone or got back to us quickly.
