We found the condo that we wanted in an area that we wanted on Zillow, but the seller's agent told us that they were going to go over offers the next day. We frantically called dozens of buyer's agents on a Sunday to see if anyone could help us to get all the paperwork ready and submit an offer. While other buyer's agents took a few hours, Sarah got back to us right away, and we submitted an offer that night. After a few days of negotiations, the seller accepted our offer out of the many others. Sarah was indispensable in our effort to purchase our first home.
