As an out of town owner faced with selling a challenging estate property we were concerned. Sarah could not have been more perfect. From the start she was straight forward, offered great advice and recognized our need to move quickly. I never had to chase her down for updates. She called weekly even if there was nothing to report. Sarah offered to check the house if we had a concern even though it meant a half hour each way. We always knew the time table. She went above and beyond in all areas. I highly recommend her for buyers and sellers. I would not hesitate to use her again.
